Big 5 Sporting Goods coming to Gallup

Retailer Big 5 Sporting Goods is set to open its first location in Gallup in the American Heritage Plaza development this month.
The plaza, located at North Highway 491, is anchored by a Safeway grocery store and discount retailer Big Lots. Big 5 will occupy a 10,000-square-foot space.
Dan K. Frady of Re/Max Combined Investments brokered the lease on behalf of the plaza, which he said was now about 95 percent full. Frady said he’s been working to locate a Big 5 in Gallup for two years.
