The Gallup Energy Logistics Park is the rail-served anchor of the Gallup-McKinley TradePort. GELP connects to BNSF Railway's Southern Transcon through a private spur containing approximately 20,000 linear feet of double-looped track. The configuration supports railcar staging, switching, loading, unloading, and transload activity for companies serving the Four Corners, the Southwest, and national markets.
Direct and Shared Rail Opportunities
GELP plans ladder-track development to serve companies locating within the park that require direct rail access. Final track configuration, capacity, service, construction, and timing will be matched to each user's volumes and operating plan and coordinated with GELP, BNSF, property owners, engineers, and funding partners. Other users may benefit from shared transload services without constructing a dedicated track.

Truck-Rail Connectivity
Carbon Coal Road provides a four-lane heavy-truck connection between U.S. Highway 491, GELP, and nearby industrial properties. I-40 supplies east-west interstate access, while U.S. 491 reaches north toward the Four Corners.
