NM Economic Development Department awards $176K in grants

The New Mexico Economic Development Department awarded $176,260 to 15 rural economic development projects in communities around the state Tuesday.
New Mexico Economic Development Jon Barela announced the awards, which are part of the Local Economic Assistance & Development Support program that's designed to supplement the work of communities in their efforts to diversify their economy and create good-paying jobs that have a multiplier effect.
