If you have an emergency, you should be able to get help quickly. You can at the Zuni Indian Hospital, also known as the Zuni Comprehensive Health Center. This 45-bed general hospital provides a vast array of outpatient services, in addition to running a full service emergency room, a women’s health clinic, mental health services, optometry clinic, and a range of other medical services.
The facility is home to a nationally acclaimed research facility that is staffed by the University of New Mexico’s Pediatrics, Communicative Disorders, and Medicine Department. Fully equipped to treat the residents of this area, this hospital also provides specialty services like family planning, substance abuse, and nutrition services.
