The Gallup Cancer Center

In 2007, Gallup residents found themselves with a new, state-of-the-art, 18,000-square-foot cancer care facility. Funded by the New Mexico Cancer Center, the care facility has a medical oncologist, radiation oncologist, and is fully outfitted to support and care for cancer patients.

Today, the Gallup Cancer Center continues to support the community by displaying local art and caring for cancer patients. Between the community and the New Mexico Cancer Center, Gallup wants to do more - by providing a research center for cancer, kidney, and diabetes. But a research center needs investors and the support of local businesses. With the aid of the Greater Gallup Economic Development Corporation, there is a fresh opportunity for a new or expanding business to enter the community and find a home.
